Another passion of mine, besides loving books, is gardening. It is really therapeutic, and it’s become a fruitful passion, as the bounty of veggies I get after all the planning, planting, and watering has led me to learning how to can tomatoes, make pickles & just enjoy fresh-outta-the-garden veggies.

This year, a strawberry plant is producing strawberries. Over the years, I have killed too many strawberry plants. I also got a raspberry bush starting to give us some fruit. So yummy!!
