Are we fed up with winter yet?? I am with my chronic illnesses typically being at there worst. Moving around this time of year is insanely painful. Rotating between this & that gadget to deal with whatever area is most painful at the moment.
Here is a list of products I rotate often to deal with my chronic pain.

Heated Scarf with Hidden Hooded $36.99 I like that it keeps me warm with its three heat levels, I can heat just the hood part, the scarf part or both. Mostly heat both parts then when it’s warm just leave the scarf part on as most of my pain is in my neck and its feel good, stops my neck and head from shaking so bad. The issue I have with it is that it’s so lightweight it slides around on my head. It comes with a removable power bank that you charge up with a USB C cord. Included power bank inside the bottom part of the scarf where the buttons to operate it are located. When you have it on you can not see the power bank it is discreetly hiddlen. The power bank once I fully charged it with the usb c has lasted for many car trips. It has made going out to this brutal Wisconsin cold a whole lot less head-shaking.

Salonpas Pain Relieving Patch about $10 for sixty pads these are good for targeted areas they have camphor, menthol and methyl salicylate in them pack. These are perfect size for during my period when I am dealing with the severe cramping.

Warming pads Vary in price Have found similar warming pads on Temu if you are familiar with that site. No issues with them burning/ and or stinging my skin on the couple of different varieties I have tried.. I do believe the ones on Temu are made with different ingredients make sure to do your research on what is on the pads.

This heating pad has been a lifesaver for me. I’ve had it for years, and it features multiple heat levels with a six-foot cord. It heats up quickly and maintains a constant temperature at your chosen setting. It’s especially helpful during severe PMDD, alleviates back pain when I overexert myself, if I don’t have anyone to assist me when I have the energy to move around.. One of its great features is the removable cover, which makes it easy to clean if it gets dirty, and the white pad can be easily wiped off. The cord is only about 6 feet long so you have to stay close to outlet.

Heating pad for back & neck Use this one alot more in the winter as i have to sit all the way still to use it effectively. This specific model has heat levels ranging from 100 degrees to 150 degrees, along with a timer that can be set for 30 to 90 minutes. It’s designed to provide a full upper-body hug. Additionally, it has an automatic shut-off feature with the timer for safety. The bottom is weighted to prevent it from slipping around, which can be slightly annoying for me since I’m short and thicc. However, the ten-foot cord allows me to get comfortable without worrying about unplugging it. That is a general link as the one I have is no longer available.

Heated Neck Stretcher for Pain Relief It is slightly uncomfortable for me as my pain is so itense and pressure on my neck is extrucating! That being said if i get just the right angle I have enjoyed its benefits. It stretches your neck for sure has a slight massage and heat. For me its to exhausting to try & fight my Cervical Dystonia to lay on it nicely. If you have a fully functioning neck muscles it would be great for you I am sure. It hooks up to usb for power, It has 30, 60, and 90 min timer, multiple heat settings. Relatively short cord on it though so keep that in mind. That is also a general link as the one i have is no longer available.
These are a couple things I use to help relieve some of the discomfort I deal with everyday. If you have any recommendation please let me know in the comments below. Untill next time. Stay postive, stay blessed.
