You know The Program. You’ve been running it for years. Wake up. Optimize. Manage the risk. Defer the good stuff. Repeat until retirement — or until something cracks.

Here’s what The Program never tells you: the moments that actually shape your life almost never happen inside your plans. The best stories you tell, the relationships that changed everything, the experiences you’d never trade — almost all of them started with a yes you didn’t see coming.

Spontaneous As F*ck is not a self-help book. It’s a field guide for people who are done waiting for someday — built from real stories, real people, and eighteen chapters of lived proof that spontaneity isn’t a personality type. It’s a practice. And anyone can build it.

Inside, TEDx speaker and entrepreneur Chris Abazis will:

  • Name the program you’ve been running — the invisible script of obligations, deferred joy, and managed risk — and show you the exit
  • Give you the science behind why saying yes literally rewires your brain for aliveness
  • Hand you the one question that changes everything: whose life am I actually living?
  • Prove it with stories — the restaurant with no sign in the Maui jungle, the broken snowmobile belt that built a community, the lost passport that put seven people on a beach in Hawaii, and the text message from his sister that accidentally started a movement

This is the book for the over-planner, the someday-sayer, the person whose calendar is full and whose life feels strangely empty anyway. It’s funny. It’s honest — including the parts where the author got it wrong. And every chapter ends with something to actually do, not just think about.

You don’t need to blow up your life. You don’t need to quit your job or move to Bali. You need one yes this week that you would have said no to.

The life you didn’t live doesn’t haunt you loudly. It just quietly fails to exist.

Start saying yes. The movement is already in you.

Chris Abazis is a speaker, business coach, entrepreneur, and creator of the SpontaneousAF movement. For more than two decades, he has helped people break through limitations, navigate change, and build lives and businesses with greater purpose and authenticity.

As a former real estate executive, TEDx speaker and organizer, and coach to thousands of professionals, Chris noticed a common pattern: too many people were living according to a script they never consciously chose — a realization that inspired his book, Spontaneous As F*ck: The Art of Saying Yes and Living Life Unscripted*.

Through his writing, speaking, and coaching, Chris challenges people to stop waiting for the perfect time, trust themselves more deeply, and create a life filled with meaningful experiences, genuine connection, and unexpected adventure.

He lives in South Florida and believes that some of life’s best moments begin with a simple decision: say yes.

My Thoughts

This concept is interesting; this author has a book and a workbook to chart your progress. Along with Merch. That’s what it is called nowadays, I guess. The t-shirt he sent along says, “It’ll be fine.” It is good quality, washed and dried with no shrinkage. We got to try the hot sauces as well; the sauces come in mild Say Yes (Jalapeño), Figure It Out Later (Pineapple Bomb), Discomfort Is Growth (Carolina Reaper) Hot sauces- Yep, we love hot sauce around here!! My kids always say that ain’t hot!. Lol, my daughter’s eyes started watering when we tasted the last one, which is the hottest sauce in his hot sauce line, called Discomfort Is Growth Carolina Reaper.

A very interactive experience if you need a little motivation in your life. I recommend you check out Spontaneous As F*ck !!
